How do I stay focused?

Here are a few tips and tricks

1. Get rid of distractions, focus on one thing at a time.
2. Only allow yourself a small specific time frame to be on social media a day.(ex:15 minutes a day)
3. Eat healthy food, drink water to stay hydrated.
4. Make sure to get enough sleep. 
5. Be mindful and be aware of what you are doing. Live in the present moment.
6. Make a to do list
