What is the true key of happiness?

Happiness can be discovered in every moment, living in the now. It's not expecting it to come with something that will arrive with a future goal. Living passionately every single moment, and seeing the good in every situation.

What are some of the keys of happiness in daily life?

  1. Be grateful for the good and the bad. You live and learn.
  2. Be creative and embrace your unique gifts.
  3. Stay connected with those who love and support you
  4. Surround yourself with people who make you smile, and respect you.  
  5. Don't be a worrier be a warrior.  
  6. Be true to yourself instead of hiding who you are to make others happy. 
  7. Align your life with your values and honor them.
  8. Don't compare yourself to others.
  9. Honor all the positive things in your life, be thankful for it all.
  10. Heal from the past. Move on.
  11. Trust your journey.
  12. Enjoy what you do.
  13. Forgive and forget. 
  14. Find your purpose.
  15. View Challenges as opportunities to grow. 
  16. Live with gratitude. 
  17. Listen to your heart. 
  18. Be kind (that includes being kind to yourself too)
  19. Own who you are.
  20. Continue to learn and grow. 
  21. Find joy in the little things (your favorite memories, inside jokes, reading a book, etc)
  22. Take care of your mind and body.
